Probabil nimeni nu se aștepta, dar astăzi DMX a decis să lanseze gratuit pe http://www.livemixtapes.com/mixtapes/17150/dmx_the_weigh_in.html, EP-ul “The Weight In”, material ce conține colaborări cu Snoop Dogg, Tyrese, Lil Wayne și Big Stan și producții asigurate de Dame Grease, Dr Dre, Swizz Beatz, Wayano, Rich Kid și Niam Son. EP-ul a fost lansat prin UMMG, Bloodline, Warner Bros. Records și este primul material lansat de DMX la 6 ani distanță de Year of the Dog... Again.
“The Weight In” promovează cel de-al 7-lea album al lui DMX. Acesta se va numi Undisputed și cel mai probabil va fi lansat în data de 26 iunie 2012.
