Născut în Brooklyn, New York, Joseph Anthony Hernandez aka Tony Toca aka Tony Touch este cunoscut atât ca dj cât și ca producător, actor, rapper și break-dancer. Este activ în mediul hip-hop din 1980, iar în 2000 a lansat primul album oficial, intitulat The Piece Maker. Albumul îi are ca invitați pe Gang Starr, Flipmode Squad, Cypress Hill, Wu-Tang Clan, Tash, Defari, Xzibit, Royce Da 5’9’’, Heltah Selektah, Prodigy, De La Soul, D.I.T.C., Kid Capri, Cormega, Big Pun, D12, Big Daddy Kane, KRS-One, Kool G Rap și alții.
