Dwayne Charles Crossley, Jr. (born March 26, 1986 in Chicago, Illinois), better known by his stage name 30, is a new up and coming artist. The meaning behind the number 30 is it was his high school jersey number. It is the end half of his nickname DC30, which has stuck with him to this day. He was introduced to the music world by one of his childhood friends. He says his best works are written within minutes. 30 is working hard to put the finishing touches on his debut project Lost It In Chicago, which contains his hit single Handouts. Handouts ironically features his wife Kendra Crossley (Posh). They just recently shot the video for Handouts. His debut project is set to release summer 2014.
30 grew up on the southeast side of Chicago. He is the product of a single parent home with his mom, but says he wouldn't change that for anything. He was supposed to be a basketball star after high school, but that dream took another route. Life after high school he worked as he was taught by his mom, and to this day has put a work ethic in him that's unparalleled. He is the creator of the clothing line ByAnyMeansNecessary (BAMN) and is a smart businessman. 30 is married with 2 kids and plays a big role with family.
While finishing up his first project, 30 is already writing songs for his second project Pressed For Time.
