Da La Soul recently made headlines with their massively successful crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for their new album and the long-awaited follow-up to 2004’s The Grind Date. The trio decided to give fans a little taste of what’s to come, and to show they’ve still God It, by hooking up with a fellow legend, Nas, for a loosie that will not land on the album. Unfortunately for those anticipating a Nas verse, the Queens emcee provides only hook duty.
