Shortly after being teased, Drake has now delivered the sequel to his 2018 EP, Scary Hours. Scary Hours 2 comes as fans continue to wait for the official release of the Canadian artist’s delayed sixth studio album Certified Lover Boy which was originally set to drop January 2021.
The release of Scary Hours 2 is accompanied by a visual for the project’s leading track, “What’s Next.” Fueled by scenes of Drake’s Nike NOCTA collaborative line and Chrome Hearts, the music video serves as a showcase of Toronto landmarks like CN Tower, a TTC subway station, Yonge–Dundas Square and more. The video looks to be Drake’s ode to the city he calls home and supported his rise to stardom. The other cuts on the three-track EP come in the form of “Wants and Needs” featuring Lil Baby and “Lemon Pepper Freestyle” featuring Rick Ross. https://hypebeast.com/2021/3/drake-scary-hours-2-album-stream-listen
